1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

You'll receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India only.
If you’re located outside India and interested in our products, please reach out to us directly at support@whiteclayceramics.com.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Tier 2 & 3 cities/towns: 5–7 business days

Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Actual delivery time may vary due to courier availability, weather, or festivals.
4. Shipping Charges

A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to all orders below ₹999

There are offers with free shipping, the time period may vary.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can also contact us at any time to get a real-time update on your shipment.
6. Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, we are not liable for:

Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.)
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If delivery is missed, most courier companies will attempt re-delivery or leave a message for pickup from your nearest hub.
8. Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@whiteclayceramics within 48 hours, along with clear unboxing photos/videos. We’ll resolve it swiftly as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
