We ship across India. Standard dispatch time is 2–4 business days.

Delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or natural disruptions are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items (see full Return/Exchange Policy).

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
